Responsibilities:
1. To be the first point of call for any customer queries relating to sales, execution, installations, and communications.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
3. Ensure that customer claims and complaints are resolved fairy, effectively, accurately, and timely, and in accordance with consumer laws.
4. Collaborate with other departments within the organisation to execute orders.
5. Monitor and track lead-time, order/production status and keep customers updated.
6. Provide status updates when requested.
7. Assist in the development of improvement plans in response to customer feedback.
Qualifications:
8. Proven customer support experience within a manufacturing environment, oil and gas would be desirable.
9. Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Suite.
10. Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent interpersonal skills.
11. Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines with the ability to work well under pressure.
12. Detail orientated, able to work with figures, calculations, and technical drawings.
13. Ability to read and understand technical drawings is desirable.
14. Experience using SAP desirable.
