* Analyse industry trends and consumer behaviour to uncover new opportunities.
* Source and work with suppliers and manufacturers to create innovative formulations and packaging.
* Ensure all stages of product development are documented thoroughly and meet timelines and specifications.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to establish product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
* Assess product performance after launch and recommend improvements as required.
