DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES| About the role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at the Mansfield office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, coupled with a relentless passion for customer service. You will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining exceptional relationships with our customers, ensuring that Exclusive Networks becomes their trusted distributor of choice.
As the Internal Account Manager you will:
* Be a self-starter who can motivate themselves and others, taking a positive approach to sales and organic revenue growth.
* Demonstrate proven success in a phone-based sales role.
* Be responsive and efficient.
* Exhibit strong communication skills, with a good telephone manner.
* Think on your feet and work on your own initiative.
* Show exceptional attention to detail.
* Learn quickly.
* Build strong relationships both internally and externally.
* Display tenacity and motivation, with an undisputable level of commitment and passion for achieving targets and exceptional levels of service excellence.
* Take responsibility for personal development with a strong desire to work to and surpass targets.
* Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
