As a Life Sciences Consulting Senior Manager, you will:
1. Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to deliver tailored strategic solutions across Life Sciences R&D and related domains.
2. Leverage deep industry knowledge and market trends to shape client strategies, ensuring long-term business success.
3. Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
4. Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities and contributing to sales efforts.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams across functions.
6. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, data-driven recommendations that exceed client expectations.
We are looking for you if you have:
1. 8-12 years’ relevant experience in the Life Sciences industry, including prior Consulting experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
3. Deep functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: R&D strategy and operating model; pipeline / portfolio / asset strategy; product launch; digital transformation; clinical, regulatory and pharmacovigilance; data, analytics and AI; patient and investigator experience.
4. Exceptional creative problem solving and analytical skills.
5. Team leadership experience.
6. Business development experience.
7. Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Fluency in English.
8. A passion for technology and innovation.
