The Commissioning Manager is required close to London Bridge to manage the process on a large residential project. As a Commissioning Manager, you will play a vital role in our dynamic team, ensuring the successful commissioning and testing of mechanical and electrical systems for a residential project in London. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the project team to develop commissioning plans and strategies for mechanical and electrical systems on the project. • Oversee the commissioning process, including inspection testing, and certification of mechanical and electrical installations. • Conduct system performance tests and analyse data to ensure compliance with project specifications. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning process to ensure smooth and efficient operations. • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless commissioning activities. • Work closely with stakeholders, including project managers, and fellow engineers, to ensure the successful delivery of the project. Requirements: • Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and their commissioning requirements in mixed-use facilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure reliable and efficient system performance. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present technical information clearly. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving project goals.
