Position Overview: Seeking technically strong support individual that enjoys (and shows passion) in resolving Networking/Internet technical issues for our client customers. The technology stack they play in: Wi-Fi, network routers/switches, VoWifi, 24/7 user systems, Cisco Meraki and Aruba and similar brands equipment. The position responsibilities include: Communicating with customers via telephone and email to gather information on specific technical problems. Timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues (on site or remotely). Directly resolve problems with system configuration changes or recommended follow-up actions (i.e., Vendor engagement and support or action point setting of additional work and billing approval from the client) Company Description: Privately owned Limited company engaged in niche MSP type work, one of the few trading since the 1990`s with a sole focus in their niche. Requirements Position Key Requirements: Experience/Technical Degree – A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computers, Telecommunications or similar engineering disciplines or equivalent experience (at least 4 years in a comparable technical position). Enjoys speaking/working with customers, good verbal and written (e-mail) communication skills. This position requires good technical problem-solving skills. Areas including networking, Wi-Fi, and computer systems. Experience working with and troubleshooting networking equipment – switches, access point, router, etc. This is a work from home/in-London or the South-East opportunity with some in-office work as/when required.
