Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a full-time Early Years Worker to join a welcoming and supportive nursery setting in the Exeter area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood education and keen to make a real impact in the lives of children aged 0–5.
Location: Exeter
Role: Early Years Worker (Nursery)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time (with the potential for a permanent position)
Key Responsibilities:
Support the learning, development, and care of children aged 0–5
Work alongside nursery staff to deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
Promote a safe and stimulating environment
Help with personal care routines and social development
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
We’re Looking For:
A caring and enthusiastic individual
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/EYFS (or equivalent)
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
