You'll be the right-hand person to our Managing Director (MD), keeping schedules on track, handling key communications, and ensuring our office runs smoothly. From managing diaries and meetings to making sure the team stays engaged and informed, youll play a crucial role in the day-to-day heartbeat of our business. What will I do? Executive Support: Be the MDs go-to personmanage diaries, arrange meetings, prepare documents, and handle communications with professionalism and discretion. Bonus points if you can anticipate needs before they arise Office Management: Keep everything running smoothly, from managing office supplies to liaising with vendors and ensuring a top-notch work environment. A well-organized space a happy and productive team Internal Communications: Bring our workplace to life with engaging updates, newsletters, and events that keep our teams informed and connected. Youll be the mastermind behind company announcements and employee engagement initiatives. Event & Meeting Coordination: Organize internal events, town halls, and board meetingsthink scheduling, logistics, and making sure everything runs seamlessly. Confidentiality & Professionalism: As a trusted partner to the MD, youll handle sensitive matters with integrity and discretion. What Were Looking For? Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, juggling Office Management and PA responsibilities. Internal communications experience is a big plus Skills: Super organized, great with people, and a natural problem-solver. You should be confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Personality: Proactive, positive, and adaptable. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and know how to bring structure and efficiency without losing the human touch.
