Business Development Lead - Cardiology Services

The Harley Street Clinic boasts centres of excellence in Oncology, Diagnostics, and Cardiac Care. We are recruiting for a goal-oriented, influential Business Development Lead to lead on Cardiology, Cardiovascular, and Cardiothoracic services.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* In collaboration with the CEO, Hospital Executive team, and Head of Business Development, evaluate, analyse, and interpret current consultant referral patterns and trends.
* Work with the Head of Business to ensure appropriate recruitment strategies are in place to support growth and development of services at the hospital.
* Work alongside the Head of Business Development to ensure the hospitals' existing Consultant body is kept updated on any service developments and have a designated point of contact to help support and develop their practice with HCA.
* Analyse market data for consultants and facility service lines, including referral pathway information, ensuring the relationship priorities are identified and acted upon.
* Responsible for maintenance and ongoing management of consultant agreements in liaison with the Head of Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Contracts Departments.
* Manage market intelligence gained and logged either using agreed reporting mechanisms and/or via CRM system.
* Work flexibly, including some unsocial hours, to maintain appropriate links and access to the consultants.
What You’ll Bring:
* Previous experience within the Private Healthcare sector, ideally within hospital providers, intermediaries, or insurers.
* Evidence of success in selling and relationship building.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
