Join this innovative team based near Northampton, as an Application Support Analyst with strong Oracle experience. We're looking for an Application Support Analyst with at least 4 years of experience in supporting Oracle applications and production support for their Core Banking products.

Skills & Experience:

1. Proficiency in Oracle Databases, PL/SQL, Oracle SQL.
2. Java programming and basic Unix shell scripting.
3. Flexcube and/or OBDX experience.
4. Background in Financial Services or Banking.

Key Responsibilities:
5. Support Core Banking applications within a Financial Services or Online Banking environment
6. Manage batch cycles and transaction processing.
7. Maintain detailed service support documentation.
8. Take ownership of critical applications, incidents, and service requests.
9. Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve software issues.
