Job Description
Due to the continued expansion of the Group and a growing client base, HW Global are looking to appoint a Recruitment Administrator/Researcher to the research team in Leeds. You will be working directly with Senior Consultants and Partners who are accountable for the delivery of C-level search projects.
This role would suit someone with a background in recruitment, people, HR, research or similar - looking to carve out a career in the world of executive search.

Key Skills
* Research and analytically capable with the ability to work accurately and effectively in a dynamic, results driven business environment.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. There will be a need to communicate your research findings to the team whilst also engaging with senior candidates and clients credibly.
* Capable administrator. This role is responsible for reporting software and research systems. Training will be provided but basic administrative experience is important.
* High motivation, demonstrable ambition, natural people skills and a strong work ethic.
* An ability to work at pace and under pressure.
The Role
* Conduct extensive and detailed research into candidates and clients as well as relevant associated markets
* Liaising on the phone with senior individuals to assess candidate criteria.
* Arrange candidate interviews whilst guiding senior individuals through the search process.
* Sourcing new candidates through networking, research, databases and core headhunting.
* Keeping up to date with the latest developments in your relevant market whilst identifying client opportunities.
* Manage all associated administration, documentation and reporting relating to the searches.
* Ongoing systems management as related to the search.
