About the role We’re on the lookout for a motivated Treasury Ops Analyst to join our Operational Finance team here at Nucleus. Responsible for supporting the implementation, oversight and governance of, and compliance with our treasury management framework, our new Treasury Ops Analyst will play an integral role in bringing out treasury control framework to life. As a new role this is a great opportunity to support an exciting phase of organisational growth and add value to our business and customers. Here some of the ways you’ll spend your time: Ensure Nucleus remain within Treasury framework boundaries and associated polies Ensure questions from business are answered timely and accurately Ensure any indications of weaknesses in systems and controls are addressed and enhanced as appropriate Ensure policies, documentation, and matrices are maintained in line with agreed responsibilities Participate in projects and other business initiatives, providing advice, support and guidance on Treasury Ops related matters ensuring service remains compliant Review all existing and new processes and arrangements to ensure they are CASS compliant Working in conjunction with controls and oversight to maintain a robust Treasury Ops control framework is in place Participate in governance groups as appropriate Ensure that regular tasks are completed both timely and accurately and that there are appropriate and robust systems and controls in place A bit about you Accurate, logical, and with an eye for detail, consistency is important to you, and you’ll be happiest when managing processes and making sure everything is working as it should. You’re process driven and methodical, and love kicking the tyres on processes and controls, while always looking for a better, more effective way of doing things. You’re a pro at understanding how the little things influence the big picture. You’re motivated by having your own chunk of responsibility, and being trusted to make it happen, and are able to build relationships and communicate confidently across the business. We’ve always placed more importance on cultural contribution above technical ability, but we’d really like you to have: Understanding of basic liquidity monitoring Understanding of due diligence practices.
