The office comprises of 12 members of staff.
This is a responsible role and along with other office based staff, you will be part of the leadership team.

Role based on the outskirts of Haywards Heath. Due to unique office workplace location it is essential to be a driver and have your own transport. Plenty of free parking on site for all staff.
Salary £33000-£35000 per annum plus very good all round company benefits. There is also an additional payment of £225 per day for around 9 days per year, which you would be eligible to earn for working on very occasional (around 9 days per year) weekend / event days

The role:
The Administration Manager will ensure the smooth running of the office and help to create and maintain a pleasant and productive working environment, ensuring high levels of effectiveness, communication and safety.
As part of the leadership team, you will contribute to meetings, discussions and decisions involving the team.
Duties will include:
Manage the day to day running of the office including maintaining appropriate levels of office supplies and ensuring equipment is correctly maintained
Arrange regular meetings to ensure all employees are able to update colleagues of their specific projects and discuss any issues
Maintaining the HR online portal and providing HR support to employees
Updating, maintaining and communicating HR policies
Arrange induction of new employees and processes for leavers
Organising office operations and processes
Organising and managing VIP visits and hospitality
Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
Responsible for the management and reporting of general office budgets
Maintain Risk Assessments and other associated documents
Providing governance admin and support
Scheduling, organising and supporting the Annual General Meeting
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
Knowledge of office administration processes and systems
Very good IT skills
Some basic exposure to HR
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest new ideas and improvements
