Software: Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist looking for your next contract role? We are working with a leading architectural practice in Manchester, seeking a skilled professional to join their team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.
This role offers a hybrid working model, providing flexibility while working on high-profile retail park, commercial, and industrial projects.
Working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet regulations and client requirements.
Assisting with planning applications, building regulations, and technical detailing.
Conducting site visits and liaising with contractors to address design or construction challenges.
Ensuring designs align with industry standards and best practices in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally within the retail park, commercial, or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of building regulations, technical detailing, and construction processes.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
6-month contract with potential for extension.
