We strive to achieve the same high standards at Outwood Academy Kirkby. Outwood Academy Kirkby has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Manager to join our team. You will be required to support learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring to maximise student attainment. As a Learning Manager you must have the ability to work with students and have a real interest in the issues faced by the students. You will monitor and support all students in the year group, both academically and behaviourally. You will work closely with the Inclusion Co-coordinator and the Leadership Team on improving student behaviour, attendance and outcomes. Day to day, you will work with students to help them to be the best they can be. The successful candidate must be extremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise work and ensure that strict deadlines are met. The ability to work on your own initiative and be able to lead by example are essential.
