Key Responsibilities
1. To maintain a good knowledge of school’s uniform requirements so customers are advised correctly.
2. To greet customers in the expected ‘stevensons’ way.
3. To upsell additional items to customers.
4. To handle customer complaints in line with company policy.
Branch Operations
1. To attend selling events.
2. To support with temporary staff training and development led by management.
3. To accurately operate the till.
4. To maintain a clean, tidy, and well-merchandised shop floor, stockroom, and surrounding branch areas.
5. To complete rolling stock checks.
6. To accurately pick and put back items for web orders/returns.
7. To complete deliveries and transfers.
8. To carry out any reasonable tasks requested by management.
9. Ad hoc projects and additional responsibilities if applicable.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office - preferred.
2. Knowledge of Netsuite - preferred.
