The ward is friendly, busy, exciting and rewarding and provides an excellent working experience. Our team is hardworking and committed to providing a high standard of care and this is reflected in our excellent Friends and Family feedback. The ward has a family atmosphere with good peer support and a great social network.
Primarily, we are looking for individuals who are committed to delivering excellent patient centred care and can be from any caring background or health care environment. We have a new way of working at East Kent Hospitals, called 'We care'. It's about empowering frontline staff to lead improvements day-to-day. We're looking for compassionate people to be part of our improvement journey for the patients, families and carers we care for every day.
