Calex Electronics is looking for a Sales Admin Assistant with great communication skills to help deal with enquiries, quotations, order entry and shipping documentation in our busy Sales Office, · Helping to prepare product proposals, communicating with customers, entering orders, arranging shipping and other tasks typical of a Sales Office
· Liaising with production planning and purchasing teams as required
· Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken
· Flexibility, enthusiasm and self-motivation
· Confidence when dealing with customers and fellow employees
· Ability to cope under pressure and prioritise workload
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Qualifications required
Good GCSE'S in English, Mathematics and Science as a minimum
