As an Estates Maintenance Worker you will carry out general building maintenance activities working as part our Estates Team. The post will be trust wide serving our sites across the West and South Yorkshire districts although primarily based at Cheswold Park Hospital in Doncaster could also include Kendray in Barnsley and Fieldhead Hospital in Wakefield. Main duties of the job You will be required to carry out your works to a high standard on a daily basis. The sort of jobs you may be involved in are: Fire Alarm / Emergency light testing. Portable appliance testing. Basic joinery repairs, fitting shelving, noticeboards etc. Basic building repairs. Drainage related works. Replacing lamps cleaning light fittings. Basic electrical tasks (with appropriate training) Basic Plumbing tasks. Assisting other trades as required.
