The Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of pupils across the school. Responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Supporting individual pupils and small groups with their learning.
* Helping to create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
* Encouraging pupils' social and emotional development.
* Providing additional support for pupils with SEND where required.
* Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
* A passion for supporting young learners in their development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
