My client is an established and financially stable leisure - Holiday Park, with 3 pubs-bars off site from the holiday park, with a great reputation and exciting growth plans. They are looking for a General Manager with multi-site experience in the pub sector to take on a key leadership role at their holiday park in Devon.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations or Multi-site General Manager from the Pub sector. Ideally, you must be able to relocate for this role. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance improvements, and ensure the smooth and profitable running of the park. This site has a lot going on, and over time you will take on the whole park in 6/12 months, a business hitting over 8 million per year.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of the holiday park's operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
2. Identify and implement strategies to maximise revenue and minimise costs.
3. Establish clear communication channels to ensure a seamless flow of information across the site.
4. Manage customer feedback, ensuring all complaints are handled efficiently and preventative measures are in place.
