About the Team
Cleeve Court is a purpose built 45 bedded residential care home. We support older adults living with varying degrees of frailty and a diagnosis of Dementia in a homely environment. Cleeve Court is situated in Twerton, Bath and is based over 2 floors. It is easily accessible by public transport.
About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant:
* Lead and support the team:
Supervise and mentor care assistants, ensuring they are competent and provide high-quality care.
* Promote independence and well-being:
Encourage residents to participate in activities and maintain their independence.
* Communicate effectively:
Maintain clear and open communication with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate records:
* Administer medication:
Vital role in ensuring the safe and effective management of medications for our residents.
* Document care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions.
* Contribute to care planning:
Participate in the development and implementation of individual care plans.
About You
We would welcome applications from a variety of different employment backgrounds for example nursing, domiciliary care, learning disabilities, healthcare etc. Where fundamentally, you have experience of leading a team in a supervisory capacity.
