Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000
Location: Wolverhampton
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Administrator for a fantastic company in Wolverhampton.
THIS IS A FULL TIME IN THE OFFICE OPPORTUNITY.
The Candidates responsibilities:
1. Answering calls and responding to emails.
2. CRM Order processing.
3. SAP Order processing.
4. Preparation of expenses.
5. Liaising with the team regarding deliveries and queries.
6. Getting stuck in and coordinating deliveries – occasionally packing deliveries.
7. Preparing and uploading documents – such as Vendor forms and Sales Invoices.
8. Making sure all deadlines are met and work is delivered accurately.
9. Understanding and recording data correctly.
10. Assisting the Office Manager and Sales Manager with various tasks.
11. Ad hoc Admin and Reception duties – supporting the team with general admin work.
Skills Needed:
12. Knowledge of SAP is essential .
13. CRM experience would also be ideal .
14. Attention to detail is key.
15. The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure.
16. Must have excellent communication and numerical skills.
17. A keen interest and/or previous experience within Admin role.
18. Any financial admin experience may also be helpful but not essential.
