Job overview
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration and information service across the Community and Wellbeing Network, coordinating their activities with other members of the Business Administration Team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.
The post holder will be aligned to a specific administration team and is required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the Network's administrative service providing cover to departments on various sites as directed by their administrative line manager to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.
Main duties of the job
Under the leadership of a Deputy Admin Lead the post holder will provide supervision to teams of Clerical Officers and PPQ Administrators. The post holder will plan and coordinate the day to day activities of the teams they supervise. Some secretarial support to managerial and clinical staff may be required.
Supporting the Business Administration Manager, the post holder will provide 1-1 supervision and annual appraisal to a number of admin and clerical staff. A standard CRB disclosure will be required.
