The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of Unity5 by nurturing and expanding relationships within our existing client base. This role supports Unity5’s growth ambitions across the UK and selected international markets, focusing on long-term customer loyalty and retention. The Account Manager will identify opportunities to generate new business from existing clients while ensuring they receive optimal solutions and services.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within a technology business, a solid understanding of complex B2B sales, and familiarity with sectors such as Local Authorities, Public Bodies, and Private Enterprises. They must possess strong commercial awareness, a strategic mindset, and a creative approach to account management, combined with a customer-centric and sales-oriented focus.
