About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)
As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.
We’ll trust you to:
* The responsibilities of the role include both internal and external logistical support to Corporate Access events (corporate roadshows, investor trips and expert events).
* The role requires extensive contact with corporate and institutional clients to ensure we deliver best in class execution when clients are participating in any Corporate Access event.
* Ensure the smooth logistical execution of company roadshows and investor trips and coordinate all roadshow logistics, as well as excellent communication to the company on the progress of the roadshow and their logistical requirements.
* Produce roadshow packs which contain the roadshow schedule, investor profiles, and mobile-friendly schedule for the corporate participants, including timely updates of any last-minute changes.
* You will have: knowledge of / or experience in roadshow logistics, the ability to interact with clients and corporations at multiple levels, and an understanding of the market environment and the regulatory landscape
* Provide additional administrative support to two senior managers in the team and to also support with the management of client data.
* You will be a strong team player, have good interpersonal skills, have the ability to work under pressure, be flexible and adaptable, and have a good attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate that you have a proactive approach to your business development.
* The role reports to the Head of Corporate Access EMEA & Client Strategy.
