Office Administrator - Dungannon Your new company This is a great opportunity to join a well-established successful company that is a leading supplier in their industry. Due to growth they are recruiting for an Office Administrator. This is a full time permanent job. Hours of work and salary can be discussed at interview stage. Your new role As Office Administrator you will join a established team of 3 others. Duties include: Answer phone queries Sales Orders – process all sales order from the reps Pass these to team and assist with organising transport Update dates on system when goods are due to be dispatched to customers Laise with reps on products that may be out of stock Book in deliveries with customers Email haulers on specific delivery times for customers Laise with team on trailer numbers / products out of stock / pallets that need dropped due to weight Allocate these sales orders to put dockets in tray Do paperwork for all sales orders on the sheets as well as changes to orders Do up daily loading sheets/ stock sheets for the forklift drivers Weighbridge – help haulers weigh in at the window Use the system to complete / delete all relevant information Answer the weighbridge phone to help them weigh in / out Do daily reports for incoming goods Get / print dockets What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
