Job Title: Customer Success Manager - iGaming Provider

About the Role:
Clear Edge has partnered with a leading iGaming company to recruit a passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the successful implementation of the company’s products. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster strong client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about gaming, UX, psychology, personalisation, and player-centric experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth strategies.
* Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on customer goals.
* Lead customer onboarding and engagement processes.
* Build a deep understanding of products and communicate their value.
* Manage key accounts and adoption of solutions.
* Proactively communicate and advocate for customer needs.
* Provide feedback to internal teams as the voice of the customer.
Experience & Skills:
* 3–5 years in a similar role within the Gaming industry.
* 3 years of key account management experience.
* Strong sales and client relations skills with stakeholder influence ability.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in fluent English.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Self-motivated and thrives in fast-paced environments.
* Team player with strong collaboration and empathy skills.
