We’re searching for a Commercial Partnerships Manager to support the development and success of our Financial Services products and partnerships in the UK market, as well as managing a diverse portfolio of partners from across the Virgin Group and beyond.

* Directly work with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to progress new commercial opportunities within the loyalty & financial services category.
* Support the development of materials required to progress new projects within this category.
* Lead on business casing for new opportunities – working closely with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, legal and finance to develop robust output.
* Lead on the creation of partner facing materials to support partner development discussions.
* Lead day-to-day internal stakeholder relationships required to build and deliver new commercial projects.
* Opportunities to diversify outside of financial services and into Media – exploring partnership constructs with Virgin Companies in this space.
What you’ll need
* Strong financial services experience is required; experience within financial services partnerships is desirable.
* Experience in partner management, working with high profile partners and leading strategic workstreams with those partners.
* Confidence with data, commercial reporting, opportunity sizing and business casing.
* Strong senior stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable working within a fast-paced, ever changing landscape.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work on own initiatives as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Experience with operational tools, such as Monday.com, Tableau etc. is desirable.
* Loyalty experience is desirable.
