Hours: 36 per week
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Edinburgh Shared Repairs Service team, which provides a range of services to help private owners repair and maintain shared areas of property.
The successful applicant will join a friendly team who provide a 24/7 service responding to emergency repairs where there is a risk to public health and safety. The Customer Service Cost Recovery Officer will provide a wide range of administrative and financial tasks, including the creation and updating of service requests through our Case Management Systems, initiating purchase orders, processing invoices and providing advice and high-quality customer service in line with service objectives.
The successful applicant must be educated to SVQ level 3 or equivalent or have experience relating to finance and customer focussed tasks with highly developed interpersonal skills.
