We are looking to recruit an Environmental, Quality and Compliance Administrator to assist the business in the management and compliance of our ISO 14001 (Environmental) and 9001 (Quality) accreditations. This is a temporary six-month position to cover maternity leave; however, other long-term opportunities may be available for the right candidate upon the completion of the term.
The role will be to assist in the implementation and management of our environmental and quality management systems and supportive business accreditations; including but not limited to data gathering, document control and facilitation of the internal and external audit programme for the business.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday; however, part-time/flexible hours would be considered.
Candidate requirements:
1. Good IT skills including the Microsoft suite
2. Good organisational skills
3. Ability to work on own initiative
4. Flexible in approach to work, to undertake additional administrative duties as required
5. A confident communicator
6. Ability to work under pressure
7. Experience of working with compliance and or ISO accreditations including 14001 and 9001
8. Knowledge of environmental and sustainability legislation
Duties will include:
1. Collation of energy consumption and associated data, including waste transfer & collection documentation
2. Monitor and report on environmental performance
3. Inputting of data to spreadsheets and a range of internal compliance systems
4. Maintain records for effective document control
5. Assist with the company’s internal and external audit programme
6. Updating both environmental and quality management systems
7. Ad hoc administrative duties
Due to the remote location, applicants must have their own means of transport to travel to and from Twycross.
Salary Guide: £24-27K (Full-time) – subject to skills/qualifications
