Sales Administrator Location – Horwich, Bolton (based in Burscough for the first 2 months, whilst working on office relocation) Hours Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm Friday 9.00 am - 1.00pm Salary Per Annum £ 27,500 Bonus 25 days annual leave Bank Holidays My client are privately owned company and have now been established for over 10 years. They supply luxury products into a variety of retailers so operate on a business to business basis. Due to a period of growth, they are now looking to expand their Buying team. The role will primarily involve: Daily queries from factories on emails / we-chat Updating spec sheets, including PPS and PS comments and customer own label Confirming purchase orders with the factories (including customer own label) Sample management for sales and photography (including customer own label) Checking Pre-production samples and Production samples Checking factory Purchase invoices and shipping documents Barcodes / item codes generation Sage management of setting up items, product codes, price lists, raising purchase orders QC inspections control in China F.S.C management Factory Audits management EUTR / Sedex and BSCI reports and audits management Waste packaging management Updating critical path / due dates on sage system Personal Attributes Required: Sage 50 experience essential Excel experience essential Word experience High level of numeracy is required Experience of working in a similar role is valuable Ability to communicate at all levels Attention to detail is an absolute essential Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative UK Driving licence essential Sound like you, apply for an immediate interview
