Our very impressive international US law firm client have opened up a brand new, extremely attractive role as a Talent Assistant to work alongside their Talent Manager who is responsible for recruiting and supporting all their legal talent. Even though this role is not Graduate or Early Careers Recruitment, the firm believe this would be the ideal experience for someone stepping into this role.
The position is highly varied where no two days are the same, and you’d be liaising directly with Partners helping to ensure the wellbeing of their lawyers. You would also be responsible for arranging the on-boarding of all new lawyers including the lawyers arriving from their New York office. To apply, you must have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience working within a London law firm or professional services. The firm will pay up to £55k, experience dependant, and offer excellent benefits and hybrid working.
