Join our Service Team in Magdalenewe’s 24x7 Service Management Centre in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. We’re seeking a Service Management Specialist to work 4 days on, 4 nights on, with 4 days off in-between, with a shift allowance included. As a leading telecom services supplier, you’ll be part of our team delivering a complete end-to-end service.
Key responsibilities:
* Service Request Management: Manage and resolve service requests in a timely manner
* Incident Management: Identify and resolve incidents promptly to minimize disruption
* Problem Management: Analyze and resolve underlying problems to prevent future incidents
