Our client, The Hop and Vine Bar & Grill is looking for a skilled Indian Chef/Cook to join their team. If you have a passion for authentic Indian cuisine and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes, including a variety of curries.
• Operate and manage kitchen equipment such as fryers, tandoors, and ovens.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist with food and beverage services to maintain quality dining experiences.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
Requirements:
• Experience in cooking Indian cuisine, particularly curries.
• Strong knowledge of using tandoors, fryers, and ovens.
• Degree in Hotel Management or relevant culinary experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.
