You will: teach a mixed Year 1 and 2 class, delivering engaging and imaginative lessons, ensuring all students are challenged and supported in their learning journey create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that caters to the diverse needs of our students, including those with SEN assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing individualised learning strategies as required collaborate with colleagues and parents to maintain effective communication and ensure a holistic approach to student development contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and school events. You will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, with experience teaching Key Stage 1 a genuine passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of young learners knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience in implementing effective teaching strategies strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents experience of working with students with SEN, in particular children on the ASD spectrum.
