We are looking to recruit a creative and engaging Workforce Strategy Development Practitioner to join our brilliant Organisational Development team. You will be supporting on the implementation of the Council s People Strategy, ensuring its objectives are met to enable our workforce to achieve its full potential. You will be designing and delivering various organisational development activities such as staff engagement, leadership programmes and learning & development. It is an exciting time to join the team as you will be supporting change management of our transformation agenda. We re looking for candidates with a grasp of HR and OD practices with an ability to develop, engage and influence our workforce. You will need to have experience of designing, delivering and evaluating action plans and influencing stakeholders in a diverse organisation.
