Business Improvement Lead required for an organisation progressing through a large scale system transformation programme! Fantastic opportunity to make a real impact at a time when the organisation is investing heavily in it’s systems and software. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Improvement Lead that is looking for a role with variety & challenge.
Previous experience working within a fast-paced Business Improvement role would be highly desirable for this position – experience working in an environment of transformation & change, particularly new systems & ways of working.

You will have:
* Previous experience in process improvement & transformation within a large, multi-site organisation
* Ability to support large-scale transformation projects
* Strong analytical skills to assess processes & quantify potential process improvements
* Exceptional communication abilities to management stakeholder expectations.
* Qualifications such as Six Sigma, Lean or similar process improvement methodologies.
Salary
The salary/package for this position is up to 65k per annum depending on experience, plus excellent benefits & flexible working.
