We are currently looking for an experienced Community Pharmacist Manager, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service.This role is based in the Walderslade store which dispenses over 8,200 valued items on average to the local community each month. As a Community Pharmacist Manager, you will run an efficient and profitable dispensary and develop your Pharmacy team by ensuring you implement and share the best practices.

Your main responsibilities as a Community Pharmacist Manager:
16. Dispense medicines and over-the-counter remedies, giving healthcare advice to customers including providing consultations and diabetes checks
17. Emphase the importance of clinical governance and investing time in training your team
18. Proactively develop Pharmacy sales, services and profitability in a cost effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical and company requirements/ systems
19. Focus on day to day operations, as well as the medium term operation, regularly conducting audits to maintain high standards
