Key Responsibilities: Handling patient enquiries via telephone and email with professionalism and empathy. Coordinating patient appointments and maintaining accurate records. Using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data entry and reporting. Supporting the team with general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Essential Skills & Experience: At least 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent, including English and Maths. -Educated to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification, for example admin and clerical qualification or equivalent level. Excellent written and verbal communication comfortable handling calls and composing professional emails. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a healthcare or administrative setting.
