Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Band 5 Staff Nurse you will:
Maintain high standards of patient-focused care
Provide comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, maintaining accurate written records
Communicate effectively with patients and carers
Foster positive relationships among all staff involved in patient care
Flexibility to undertake duties on various wards/departments based on service demands
Contribute to the audit and evaluation of clinical practices, promoting quality care
Contribute to fostering a positive learning environment within the clinical area

On the day we will have recruitment advisors hiring managers, and colleagues. You will be able to discuss with colleagues how they have progressed and how we have been able to support with professional development.
