Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for an experienced Sales Order Processor to work for a client based in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This role is fast-paced and involves continual interaction with customers via email, telephone and live chat. We are looking for a capable, efficient and dedicated person to take and process orders onto the bespoke CRM system.Sales Order Processor
Role:
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Per Annum
Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire
Hours: Monday – Friday
About the role:
As Sales Order Processor your duties will be:
1. Entering orders taken via email, telephone, web portal and rep visits onto our system. This can involve advising customers regarding products and sorting out queries with orders which have been placed
2. Managing the sales inbox, dealing with all incoming emails to the main sales email address, and processing or forwarding to relevant personnel.
3. Monitoring and responding to the online chat on our web portal
4. Dealing with order queries, delivery issues, returns, product faults and errors always leaves the customer feeling as though they have been listened to and their issue is being resolved
5. Producing quotations
6. Adding users to web portals and updating products on the portals where necessary
7. Updating customer records
8. Setting up new print templates
9. Producing visuals for clients and print room in coral draw
10. Liaising with the warehouse regarding order issues or details which are not clear
About you:
11. This role would suit a Sales Administrator with outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
