About the role:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with technology teams and the Automation Development team. Our collective focus is on improving and transforming client platforms and experiences for the better.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical designs.
* Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
* Manage the configuration and customisation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others.
* Maintain the integrity of the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring consistency across all modules.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, supporting the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
* Stay current with ServiceNow updates and innovations, leveraging new features and capabilities to drive platform improvements.
Hybrid Work:

About you:
* Significant experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
* Expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including custom applications and integrations.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Highly desirable certifications:
o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
o Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
* Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) frameworks.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
