POSITION OVERVIEW We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Housekeeping Department as a Housekeeping Office Administrator. Our Housekeeping Office Administrator will be responsible for the overall administrative aspects of the Housekeeping Department, supporting management of the department while being able to work independently on projects and tasks. Responsibilities for this role include taking meeting minutes, assisting with planning and structuring trainings, responding to enquiries via email and telephone, creating and formatting documents, SOPs, and policies, and being a point of contact for the Housekeeping office. This position will include use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Opera Cloud, Knowcross/Unifocus, and Fourth People Management. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Relevant experience in a 5 property is highly desirable Experience in a Housekeeping department is beneficial but not mandatory Strong administrative skills Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, to ensure full confidence in responding to and actioning emails and phone calls independently.
