Sales Engineer
The Role:
As a Sales Engineer, you'll be instrumental in driving sales of our cutting-edge CNC machinery to manufacturers across the northern half of the UK. Your responsibilities will include managing and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to demonstrate the value of our products. This field-based role offers the autonomy to develop your territory while being supported by a company renowned for its innovative and family-oriented culture.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Sales Engineer position, you must have:
* A minimum of 2 years' field sales experience selling capital equipment to the manufacturing sector.
* A valid driving licence.
The Package for Sales Engineer:
* Basic salary up to £50,000.
* Uncapped commission structure, with an expected £10,000 in the first year and £20,000 in the second year; top performers often double their basic salary.
* Private health insurance.
* Company pension contribution of 6%.
* Hybrid company car.
* 25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
