THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a busy team and work on a diverse range of litigation matters including residential landlord and tenant disputes, debt recovery, contract disputes along with a variety of other litigation related matters. You will be joining an established team which covers the broad remit of dispute resolution including debt recovery, professional negligence, shareholder and partnership disputes as well as contentious probate and residential possession proceedings.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and / or Legal Executives who have experience of dealing with commercial / civil litigation matters. Newly qualified Solicitors who have completed at least one seat within dispute resolution are encouraged. More experienced Litigation Lawyers are encouraged and be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise in advising on a diverse range of litigation matters.
THE FIRM:
Well respected commercial and private client law firm with a solid reputation is looking to recruit an additional fee earner for the dispute team. This is a superb opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer to join an extremely busy team.
