Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our client’s team at their West Bromwich site. This full-time, on-site role involves making outbound sales calls, including cold calling, to generate and follow up on leads.
Role Description: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Telesales Executive will be an integral part of the sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to source and follow up on cold leads, engage with prospective customers, and convert these interactions into lasting customer relationships. Additionally, you will handle order processing, monitor ongoing orders, follow up on warm leads, and respond to sales inquiries.
This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in sales and offers a pathway to potentially grow into a Sales Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and follow up on cold sales leads through outbound telephone calls.
* Follow up on warm leads and respond to sales inquiries.
* Enter and process sales orders in the company’s systems.
* Respond to customer queries via email/telephone and resolve their issues promptly.
* Provide reports and analyses on sales, budgets, and performance.
* Develop and maintain a strong business network to increase sales, including utilizing social media channels.
* Assist the Managing Director and Sales Managers in executing the company's marketing strategy.
* Support the Operations team with daily tasks and provide coverage for the Production Assistant as needed.
* Become a Super User of the company’s software systems, offering support across the business.
