While your primary location will be our Saffron Walden practice, this role may also require occasional work at our Cambridge office. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert dispensing advice, offering tailored recommendations to a varied patient base.
* Collaborate with our optometry team to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
* Manage stock, handle orders, and maintain accurate records.
* Assist in practice operations, maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.
About You:
* Demonstrable experience as a Dispensing Optician, ideally within an independent or boutique setting.
* A friendly, professional demeanour, coupled with strong communication skills.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving challenges.
* Motivated to take on additional responsibilities, supporting your long-term leadership aspirations.
