Sales Administrator required. Our client is a well-established specialist manufacturer based in the Brackley, Northamptonshire area, who are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to assist with processing sales orders, producing quotations & invoices amongst other office administrative duties.
Sales Administrator Position Overview
1. Preparing quotations using the companies CRM systems
2. Creating export documentation and making travel arrangements for deliveries
3. Supporting customers with information related to delivery dates and order progress
4. Working with the projects team on installation planning
5. Creating sales orders and acknowledgement with the use of Sage
Sales Administrator Position Requirements
1. Proven background within a Sales Administrative role or similar
2. Based in a commutable distance of Brackley, Northamptonshire
3. Experience in a Manufacturing industry is desirable
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Experience with Sage and CRM systems is desirable
6. Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Sales Administrator Position Remuneration
Salary £25,000 - £28,000
Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30. Full-time, permanent position
32 Days Holiday, including Bank Holidays.
