Are you looking for a job in the Care Sector, working with a friendly team, making a difference to people’s lives? We are seeking a Full Time Care Coordinator (8.30 – 4.30) to join our established family-run Domiciliary office based in Woking (GU21).
As a Care Coordinator, you will work closely with your Field Care Supervisor:
1. Planning, coordinating and scheduling of the service for our clients.
2. Driver with own car needed to visit clients on occasion.
3. Changing and managing calls on a daily basis.
4. Communicating with the care team to ensure all client calls are covered.
5. Ensure that client and care assistants are suitably matched.
6. Liaising with clients, care assistants, family members and other professionals.
7. Maintaining clear and accurate records.
8. Providing cover for our out of hours service line on a rota system.
This is a varied role, where no two days are the same. You will sometimes have quiet days and others where you need the ability to work under pressure.
Key Skills/Requirements:
1. Personable with excellent communication skills.
2. Driver with own car.
3. Eligible to work in the UK (sponsorship will not be considered).
4. Experience of using databases or industry software/computer literate.
5. Organised and logical in your work.
6. Passionate about providing good customer service.
7. Ability to think fast, stay calm and make decisions.
8. Experience in Care preferable (ideally Level 2/3 qualification in Health and Social Care).
9. Experience in Coordination preferable.
